B&B Policies

Where are your products made?  

Each and every piece is handmade in Albuquerque, New Mexico and ready to ship.

What fabric do you use?

We use the highest quality woven fabrics that are soft and comfortable. Fabric content is provided on every product.

How should I care for my dress?     

Due to the type of fabrics we use, you can rest assured your garment will wash and wear beautifully. For all garments, we recommend machine wash cold with like colors and line dry. Iron your dress and it's ready to wear!

What is your shipping policy?     

All items are shipped within 3 days of purchase excluding holidays or weekends.  Small orders will by default ship via USPS First Class and multiple item orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail by default.  You will see the shipping method for your order during checkout. This is subject to change due to promotions. For special shipping request, please contact us.  We currently do not offer international shipping however, we will be spreading our goods globally very soon.

Domestic Shipping Flat Rates
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) - $5.95
Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) - $9.95

**We want to keep your shipping cost as low as possible. INSURANCE is OPTIONAL at an additional cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Unfortunately packages CAN go missing, so please take that into consideration. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact us through the contact form and we will adjust the cost for you!

Will I receive a tracking number?

YES! Please check spam or junk if you don’t see the tracking email in your regular inbox. 

What if my order is sold out?

In the event your purchase is sold out, we will make every effort to fill your order if the fabric is still available in our studio. Otherwise, we will promptly issue a full refund at your request.

What is the return policy?

We are confident you will love your Bug & Bean! Meticulously handmade is our standard. However we understand mistakes, change of heart, fit issues, etc. happens. Whatever the reason may be, we will be happy to accept a return/exchange when it falls under our policy outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, as long as it is unworn and unwashed, and in the original packaging including a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility; unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please email us at help@bugandbeankids.com for further instructions before making any returns. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If the return is not a result of an error on our part, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Please allow time for package transit and ten business days to process your refund.  

Final sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my item for another color or size? 

If we have it in stock, yes! The returned item must be in new condition with tags attached. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
